another problem, Program background funny

When I run my program, all the form client view not covered my controls (thankfully little) there is a funny pattern of a bevel line and a checkbox type thing, This doesnt show in design view, adn I defo dont want it there . This a common program, a problem when it is painted? and anyone know a fix?

Are you using the default fonts and colors for the components, labels, background, etc? Is the client computer using a different set up in their Settings and colors (maybe 256 colors instead of 65536)? Is there a special theme installed?

its on the same computer as BCB, I havent change the fonts, but I do have a theme installed but changing to the normal XP view doesnt solve the problem.
