"HP OfficeJet K Series Printer" = "HP DeskJet 550C"

We have an HP K Series Printer and it's cutting off an inch off the
left side of reports. Does anyone have this printer mapped to
another driver that good?

Troubleshooting this is a bummer when you don't have the printer in
front of you. :O)

Does this only happen via a MetaFrame session or does it happen at the console as well? What is the app? CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk

This happens on the client's side ( metaframe session ) when he printing. I can't edit the program so I figured maybe changing the driver might fix it. I'm heard about this with the "all-in-one" printers doing this.

Any suggestion on the best driver for this printer?
