another OWA question (not sending or recieiving E-mail)

I can send/recieve e-mails from any client software, but I am unable to send/recieve via web.

Any reason why?
Suggesions would be greatly appreciated!

I had a user who was trying to send and receive using the FILE menu instead of the icons.

Let's just rule that one out...

What version of Internet Explorer are you using?

What Exchange do you have? Can't you log onto the OWA at all? have you ever able send/receive using OWA?

I got it working, thankyou for responding though.....

it ended up to be a port issue, I( have BOTH IMAP and POP3 open and it was making the exchange server all confused....
