I have a BCM50 and the customer wants to dial out using outlook. The BCM is connected to the customers network for lan access only right now. I noticed a post from "Keypd" from 5-4-10 that is referring to Unified Messaging. If my customer wants to add the ability to view a contact in outlook and click on "dial" from his computer is the only thing that is needed to be added is a "Unified Messaging" keycode and the programming?

No, no unified messaging keycode required for click to call function. You will need Lan Cte keycode and programming.

However if the system is on release 5, I would check out the "In Touch" option.
