Another Option other than NetFolders

My company is a small Millwork company and we are making an attempt to share contacts with one another. Without having to spend additional monies we have been useing them MS add in NetFolders however now it is telling us that we have exceeded our limitations for size. Does anyone know of any other similar programs?
