Another One-X Mobile VoIP situation

Hi team,

What is the general experience using One-X Mobile over VPN via the 4G? cellular network? Our client has great sound quality to his (Android) handset but the internal users get mostly choppy sound. Needless to say the quality is great both ways over the VPN via wifi.
