Another one - conference calls

When it rains it pours....I went to make a conference call last night and found that is just plain doesn't work. I am not even sure we ever have been able to. It wouldn't surprise me if the tech who programmed it did something wrong. It wouldn't be the first thing I found that he hadn't done right.

Can you conference in house stations? Does this only happen with trunks? If only on trunks look for trunk to trunk to be turned on through command 36.

I'll say answer supervision.
After you make the second call and that party answers do you get the call timer in the display?
If not you will never be able to press the Conf key to join the parties together.
This would point back to 3504 for the trunk route not being set correctly.
