Another job crashing question

Right,

On a couple of servers I have gone one step past the other errors. Can anyone help??

It will backup fine 1 drive, but when jumping to the next one the job crashes at the some point all the time.

Any one heard of this one??

What applications are you running on that drive. ?

An antivirus should be one of the problem ...

Stop the services of a AV and then run a backup.

Check the permissions for the arcserve account.

We have norton antivirus on all servers, scanning all drives, but I tried turning NAV off at one point and doing a backup, but it still died when going from 1 drive to the other.

It works on any drive to next drive. I can select c + d, d + e, c + e, c + n, d + n etc etc. Any combination of more than one drive it will crash when it starts the 2nd drive!!!!
