Another incredibly wierd problem

New IP 403 with a DS 16 module (4412 sets), T1 board and 4 port analog card. Running the 2.1(15) software

Incoming calls on the T1 get no ringing at the caller end, but they are routed correctly. Station to station calls get no ring feedback to the caller either.
The 8 stations plugged into the 403 lose dialtone, however they are able to make calls "normally"

Powering down resolves this for a random period of time (5 minutes to 2 hours).

Have replaced the 403, T1 card and analog card. Have run the system without the DS module. No Joy.

Any thoughts out there? If I downgrade to 2.0.18, do I also need to downgrade the VM Pro?

If you're running DS sets, I would recommend upgrading to 2.1.24 and VMPro 2.1.10 and see if that solves the prob.

If not sounds like a pooched 403, DTE reload of the firmware might help... maybe..

Well apparently a Tier 4 tech was onsite to look at this.
They changed the T1 from an E&M DID to a PRI and it's been fine ever since.
