We are in the middle of printing and after a number of paper jams, we shut the thing off, waited 30 seconds, and then booted the printer (Paster 850 DP) back up again and now receive this error code: 07.002.44:122711

I can't seem to see anything about it here in the forum, and of course the documentation has nothing/little on it.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

This error indicates there was a process motor stall. The process motor is on the left side of teh printer which drives the transfix rollerand compound gear. One of teh gears in that train may have a broken tooth. Based on the page count there is the possibility the transfix gear, the one behind the compound gear(one with the fins on it) may have had the keyway sheared off and it now does not line up properly. this will also cause jams at the exit.

You were correct. A gear didn't break a tooth, but it was in fact cracked.

Thank you for your help.
