I have several "prompt" boxes on my switchboard to ask users how they would like to see their data, one of them asks which campus they would like to pull data from. There are three choices, but as it is now, they can only put one of the three in, is there a way to have them put two choices in?

For example: "Enter the campus" is the question they enter
"Mesa" but I would like them to be able to enter "Mesa and Miramar" for example. is this possible?

Yes.
If you're using radio buttons, then change them to check boxes. Check boxes will allow more than one to be true.
Good luck
