Another Dial-in question

Can anybody help;

After dialing into a server, and using terminal services to logon to the server. The server grinds to a halt. It appears that the client (dial-in PC) is constantly sending data to the server therefore slowing the terminal service connection to such a point that it is unusable.

I have a number of connections to servers and this is only happening to a couple of them. So i don't think the client is the problem.

Are there any areas i should look at?
