Another CLID question

I know there a TON of CLID threads here and I have gone through a lot of them, but this is a little different.
First let me say that we are using Nuance Speech Attendant for name dialing. Which does work station to station. We have Ascendent MVS running so the desk number appears on the users blackberry.
Here is the issue, when the speech directory is dialed, the name is said and the system dials the desk, but instead of showing the calling ext/name it shows the ext of the Nuance system. Now if the called ext is not a MVS user the calling party info is displayed.

Here are the details
Person A dials 6363 to get to the speech directory. 6363 is a phantom with DCFW to 7200.
The speech directory looks up and dials the users ext. 6836. Now 6363 is a CDP to the MVS server out Route 26. The MVS server looks up 6836 and sends to the user’s desk which in this case would be 306836, and the phone rings back though route 26, as well as the blackberry , but the name and number displayed it Nuance 7200.

Calling direct station to station will display the correct CLID, which leads me to believe something is missing on the link from Nuance to MVS. As I said I have gone through a bunch of the current threads and made changes to the CLS such as changing to TDD CNDA DNDA on the 7200 set, but nothing changes.

It looks like it is displaying the correct information, as you are dialing the 7200 where the nuance system terminates the call (although it does additional transfers) It would seem to me, and this is only an opinion as I have never used this system, that if you want more information, the Nuance system will have to pass it back to the PBX so it can deliver it on to the caller/called #.
As I said, this is only an opinion .....

The "transferred call " is delivered back to the PBX, thought to a different ext 30xxxx. Internally (calls not routed to the MVS server) the CLID is the calling person after being transferred from Nuance. I can take any of the MVS users out of the DSC and it works correctly. That is why I am thinking it is something it the RDB maybe????

The thought that keeps going through my head is that this is an external device, so unless it is connected via PRI circuits (or similar) with the internal ability to pass this information, it will not be able to do it. It seems to be acting like it is conferencing the two calls together rather than transferring the calls.
Again this is only my opinion to keep the thread open until someone with some real knowledge comes along and gives us both the right answer!

We have a similar configuration (CS1000E RLS6.0, Speech Attendant, and MVS). And we have the same issue.

The connection between CS1000E and MVS is a PRI.

Might want to try different ARDN choices in the RDB. I have had some success with this in other CLID/redirection issues.
