Another CE error: Unable to retrieve Object.

yet another error, accessing some of the objects that come with CE.
I click ont he object once have logged in to the admin launchpad.
when I try to 'preview' the report I get the error:

Unable to retrieve Object.
Object doesn't support this property or method

does anyone know why this might happen?

right, I got around that error by choosign a different viewer in the preferences, but now I am getting an error when I enter my parameters and all is going well, it displays:

"Failed to load database information. File dd03b5658bc1d39.rpt [on Cache/Page server: escalus.pageserver]"

with escalus being the name of our server.

any ideas?

Try restarting all your servers in the Crystal Configuration server. Check that all servers are up and running.

Check your database connectivity for the DSN you are using.

In the Crystal management console, check the database information for your report. It might have got initialized on refresh.
