Another Call forwarding question

I have read this FAQ

and am using call forwarding to forward all calls to my cell phone off net. The call does get forwarded to my cell, however it only rings 1 time then goes back to my company's vm. i have tried changing the amount of rings in my coverage path, but nothing seems to change. is there another place i should be looking?

i just found the setting to fix the amount of off net rings.


change system-parameters coverage-forwarding then the top 2 options are for local and off net forwarding, choose the amount of rings you wish.
