Another 2008 Display Phone Question 1

I have M2008 display phones in the office, the only one that displays the names is a maintenance phone that also is a m2616. My desk phone is a M2008 although its been copied as a 2008. According to the Meridian documentation I should be able to use LD11 and set the type as ARIE and then set the other type as m2008. I printed the setup for the m2616 and this is what it states. When I try to do this for another phone (except using m2008) I get sch0111 (invalid input) any ideas guys?

if you could prt the pad i might be able to see the problem a little better, the only two prompts i see that apply in cls add are cnda and dnda.. i was an old rolm guy until simmons killed a perfect switch 9751 9005.. went to school on the 9751 simmons (9007?) and did install one, what a crazy switch, took me forever to get acd to work, art table had only one entry, because i just needed one step, but the art table can't work without a vacant entry at the end. that was rls 1.. made me learn loads in a hurry

Thanks John, it was the cls cnda and dnda. I know it isn't much but this company I started w/has had display phones for 3 years and hasn't used the functionality. Thanks to your help I am going to look like a hero. Thanks again
