Our customer w/MM R3.0 (T1 QSIG) reported that their attendant was having problems picking calls that resulted from a '0' out operation (either from the mailbox or Caller App). We recreated the issue on our system (R2.0 w/H.323) and observed that it takes MM three seconds to release the call. We suspect that this delay is what the customer is experiencing.

Are there any user-defined parameters or timers to reduce transfer delay? I tried setting the MM to do a blind transfer but that resulted in the call getting dropped if the attendant position was busy.

You can't do blind transfers with H.323 at all. As for the T-1 it sounds like they may be answering the call to fast but not sure. The timers are in the VMSC under the PBX type

Thanks Ken. I checked the timer settings on our system (no luck), but will also check our customer's system.
