I think you can't do that normaly
But maybe this will work
make a virtual user and set a shortcode so it witheld the number (NW)
put it in at the incoming callroute
then forward that user to a ddi that is used by the system
now the call comes in ,goes out and comes back in but with out a number show
internally it will go out and comes back in also without the number
