Anonymous users

Does anyone have any knowledge of "anonymous" entry logging on in the ISA log. It seems to be on the initial logon, but will the give the user further down after a short amount of time has elapsed.
We are running a dedicated ISA server, 2k, and a third party monitoring software. I was just wondering if it was a known problem before I head down the fault finding path.

I've got similar problem. What authentication do you use for outgoing web requests?
The only thing that I've found about this problem here

All anonymous entries in my log file have 407 Result code. But the problem is that in ISA Reports there are users with their IP but not with their user name and they produce significant amount of traffic...
