Anonymous Telnet Source IP

Hello,

I posted this same question under the IP forum, I am reposting this here hoping to get more people to see it.

There are free HTTP proxy servers that we can use to remain anonymous (by masking IP or providing a redirected IP), is there something similar for TELNET?

Basically, is there a way to TELNET to a server with multiple TELNET sessions, while been seen by the server as different source IP's?

This is not a substantially different process, but I've never heard of it before. But you may be able to connect to your web proxy and from there put "telnet://hostname.com" or "

http://hostname.com:23"

and establish a telnet session.

You might want to take a look at TOR as a possible alternative to a proxy server.
