ANONYMOUS FTP

Somebody must've enabled anonymous ftp on your machine. Usually this feature is not enabled (for security reasons). If you can't ask him or her you have to take a look to a sample script provided with every AIX installation.
It's /usr/samples/tcpip/anon.ftp.
Maybe you just have to remove the two users "ftp" and "anonymous" but I guess it's better to analyse the script deeply to understand the implications of your actions.
