Guys I have an issue with the incoming calls on analogue trunkline. It says anonymous.

CallerID is setup from the ISP. From the trunk type settings, loop start ICLID is selected.

Is there any other settings need to adjust? Is PBX restart needed to refresh the analogue trunk as the callerID is just applied.

Get an analogue phone and test this. If it doesn't work ring the provider and ask them to enable the CallerID.

There are also a lot of flavours of CallerID. Whilst the system tries to match the method is uses to the system locale, it doesn't always get it right. Try different CLI Type settings on the System | Telephony | Tones and Music tab.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Is the caller sending CLI.
if they are not then therer is nothing The IP office can do about it

...and with that IPGuru wakes up the idle thought in my head that the IP Office uses "Withheld" and "External" for analog trunks. "Anonymous" is the display name used with anonymous calls on SIP trunks. Do this system also have SIP trunks? (or are they analog trunks being provided by a SIP gateway device?)

@sizbut

Yes we also have SIP trunk.

There are 4 lines on this analogue trunk but the callerID appears on 1 line only. The other 3 lines says anonymous.

I received a call from the ISP confirming that the callerID are now enabled to all lines. But from the IP office, 3 lines are still appears to be anonymous.

The ISP is 'Mistaken'
if you run system monitor you will see that no number is being presented
if a number is presented the IP office will display it, this is behaviour that cannot be changed.
