I have a customer that has a IP406DS on version 4.0(7), and they are having problems with there Ano phones giving out engaged when they hit the recall key to transfer.

Does any one have any ideas?

Many thanks

Stephen

Put the switch on "flash" on the phone itself. It's probably set on "earth" now?!

The phones are on Timed and they do work some of the time. Tried swopping phones leads and ports still the same problem.
