Annual maintenace

Does anyone know of a company that offers hardware maintenace on an annual basis that services Nortel Passport 8010. I have a box here that's getting up there in age and I was looking for possibly putting it under a maintenace contract other than with Nortel - if possible.
The box is in the Los Angeles area.

Appreciate all suggestions.
