Annoying problem in kx-ns500

Hi for all..! I have a customer complaining from this senario :
Initiate external call from co line and after he finished the call the phone ring automatically, when he answer he get busy tone. Anyone faced this problem before, or have any idea a bout that..? Why this happen..? Is this related to busy call back feature..?
 
Seems that your customer uses analogue CO-lines and DISA/OGM feature at theese lines.
You need CPC-signal or Polarity Reverse on theese lines to let the system know the call is finished. Contact to customer's telephony provider in order to activate CPC or Polarity Reverse and then switch on corresponding feature at PBX.
 
yes exactly he use DISA in his co line, so what i can do..? just i have to activate polarity reverse signal in his pbx..?. i.e go to configuration.. Slot.. Port proerty..lco port.. Reverse detection and that's well work..?
 
Mr.obtsystems are you here..? What is your opinion..? What i can do to cancel this rering tone using web console..?
 
First of all you have to contact with a telephony provider of your customer to find out wich service is supported by it: CPC or Polarity Reverse.
If provider supports CPC - both (you and provider) should to activate CPC.
If provider supports Polarity Reverse - you both should to activate Polarity Reverse.
