Annoying Browser Incompatibilities! HELP! please?

Ok, I have a problem. Actually, several problems.

you should clearly be able to see the problems, depending on your browser of course.

In IE, the buttons don't line up properly, and most of the upper section of the content cell have shifted over much farther than what logically should happen...

In NS, the buttons line up, but the mouseover effect voids to nothing for a second before going to the new image, the background to the secondary menu on the right (top ten) tiles when it shouldn't, and every few loads, the title graphics decides after a second to disapear!

Why? Oh why God why?
