Dear,

We have an annoying behaviour in a cutomers virtual IPO release 11.1. SIP trunks.

When an external caller (A) enters the system to a user (B), the call is rerouted via mobile twinning (C).

All well so far.

But when the caller (A) disconnects, the mobile phone (C) is hearing dialtone again instead of being disconnected.

Anyone who knows how to change this behaviour?

Haven't seen it on regular twinning, only when using regular FNE codes instead of the ones that disconnect the call.

Do you have mobil call control checked on the user?

I think this is expected behavior when mobile call control is enabled. do you use this feature? for normal twinning i dont enable this.

It's not expected behavior for an incoming call routed to a mobile twin, mobile call control or not.

It's expected for an outgoing call from mobile using FNE (31-33) codes, you can use FNE (35-37) which will disconnect the call when completed.

Has been a while,
But FNE 36 did the trick.

Tnx Janni..
