I'm still learning about the features that a Nortel BCM50 has and I am wondering if this type of system has this feature. There is a store by my house that has a certain Toshiba phone system and over their PA system when ever a certain department needs assistance or whatever, a computer generated voice (silicone sally) will say "customer assistance is needed in the " " department". And if no one shows up, the system will repeat the announcement. Also I assume that you have to push a certain button to get the message played over the PA system. Anyway, the question i'm asking here is can you do this certain "service announcement" feature I guess i'll call it on a Nortel BCM50 phone system? Any advice would be great! And feel free to correct me if the name of this feature is not right from what I said because i'm truly not sure what it's called. Thanks!

Yes, read up on the Advanced Paging Productivity Package Brief

Required:
Keycode for APPP
Callbox (big button) but it will be hard to find since they no longer make them

You can also program a button on set to play a specified greeting also.

Ok cool, that is good to know! Do you happen to know where I can get key codes for this? With this phone system being used just for my hobby system only, I really don't have much money to spend on it. Thanks a lot!

I have the keycode for Advanced Pagning Productivity Pack 1.0V, in my element manager i only see, Shedule Page and One Button Text Page, but what about the 'One-Button Paging' i saw in the Brief document, it need an other keycode ???

One Button Text Page is programmed in the Callpilot.
You need to program the feature starting code under AA/General such as 931 (3 is the Tree # and 1 is the Node/Path)
On the same page enter how many node/paths you might dedicate for this feature....F931, 2, 3 and 4 would be 4.

Then create Park&Page nodes/paths in CCR3
To activate press F93X
