I've been thinking of implementing a real simple Group Call thing, by means of Shared Lines or Hunt Groups. Have anyone out there been doing some research about giving Announcements to caller, without implementing heavy stuff like IPCC? (Fx Customizing Announcements in an Annunciator?)
