I open the Sharepoint home page in FrontPage, right-click the 'Announcements Component', click 'View Properties', and then click the 'Fields' button. My goal is to remove the display of the Body, Created By, and Modified fields from the Announcements component on the home page. But each of those fields has an asterisks next to it, and a message says 'Fields marked with an (*) cannot be removed.'
Does anyone know a way around this? Thanks,
