Announcements for Call Center 1

Am trying to put five extensions in a calling group to act as a call center. Can get them in the group and working but am having trouble with the primary and secondary announcements. We have Magix 2.0 and Messaging 2.5 with the 4412 model phone.

It's all done in the calling group menu delay announcement settings. If you are using the Merlin Messaging for the delay announcements, it's a little tricky, but the Merlin Messaging SMQR Book lays it out pretty clear. You have to designate some of the last ports of the mail system as the primary or secondary announcements in the Magix, and then set up the appropriate announcements in the Merlin Messsaging you can have multiple primary announcements and a single secondary announcement.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Was able to program this and make our Box Office manager happy.
