Announcement recording within SCN

I have a question,I have 4 sites on SCN, can I record the announcement of all the extensions using any phones on SCN?
Example, Im on site A with extension 3XX series, I want to record announcement on Site B with extension 4XX series, from site A, can I just dial *914XX to record announcement on site B extensions?

You need to use the VMPro client to record the announcement.
*91 and *92 are used on embedded voicemail which is not supported in a SCN!

thanks Peter.. so that means I have to go to all the site and record the announcement message.

well, if they are on the SCN, you can record from anywhere...You don't physically have to go to the site.

You need to make a shortcode to dial the correct code down the correct line , basically add a prefix that gets stripped when you dial it down the SCN trunk

The shortcode is only for embedded and you have a SCN so you should have VMPro.
Do you have embedded or VMPro?

You do need to build shortcodes to do this but it is possible.

ok peter, ill make shortcodes then , this will be a great relief to me since i dont have to go to all the sites..

You could point a free DDI in the incoming call route to the *91 shortcode.
Easier and quicker.
