announcement question 1

I have several announcments that i would like to get ris of to free up some space, but I need to convince the powers that be that the announcement is not heard by anyone. An example would be I have a vector that plays an announcement when there are more than 8 call in queue..I haven't seen that many calls in queue since I've been here. Is there a report that will list the number of hits a specific announcement takes? By the way it's a 750c, and we are on a g3v6. Thanks a bunch.

The command you want is
list measurements announcements all yesterday-peak

Below is a sample of the report:

I tried that but it told me that announcement was an invalid command. I assume it's because we are on v6 and it's way out of date. After list measurments all I can do are the following

attendant hunt-group principal

Lets look in CMS maybe there is a report there If I find one I reply back
