I have enabled the announcement feature on a single user.
My end goal is to have a personal queue for that agent so a caller can choose to:
1 - leave a message on VM
2 - continue to hold
3 - transfer to main sales queue.
I can enable the features in voice mail pro but my problem is when the extension is dialed the announcement plays for just 3 seconds and then the call transers to voicemail. I don't ever get to enter at the prompt. Is turning off the VM or increasing the timeout the answer?
Do I have to make a hunt group for each agent? VMPro allows the announcment on a user.
