Announcement not played from CallPilot/AACC

Hello,

We have issue with link between Call Pilot 202i and AACC, announcement was stopped playing atfter rebooting AACC/CS1K

I have reboot the CallPilot many times, the voicemail works fine however the announcement played from CallPilot to AACC not working

Any idea please ?

Check the channels on your Call Pilot via Call Pilot manager.
