We have a CCM 4.1(3) with 3 PRI on a Cisco 6000 and Cisco Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(4) SR 1
We want for ONLY 1 of the PRI on incoming calls to play an announcement and then hung up the call. Is this possible ? And how?
It should be possible. Set up the PRI port in CCM so it doesn't accept incoming digits or translates them to an unused internal DN. Put a CSS that only has access to VMail. Set up a CallHandler or Mailbox to answer, play Greeting and HangUp with the same DN you put on the Gateway.
Not much different than setting up PRI's to go to an AutoAttendant.
