Hello
First route the DN to an ACD queue. (IDC "DN" to "ACDN")
Validate IDC=YES in incoming route with the IDC table number
Then NEW ACD xxxx - NRRT="RAN Rout" - NCFW=DN
That's all but only for external calls
If you want also the internal calls to follow the same rule, the SCR DN have to be the ACD queue number, then the SCR will be a different number.
