announcement board gets fast busy

I have a definity G3v8 and have a TN750 announcement board. We had a power outage and when the power came back on there were no more announcements. Now I cant even record new announcements because I get a fast busy when I dial the FAC. I also get a fast busy when i dial the number directly. I can not even excute the restore announcements command because I either get a "transient command conflict" or "announcement data module out of service".
I dont mind loosing all of the announcements because we can record them all back.

When we have seen that, we have sometimes needed to reseed the board. Actually pull it out and insert it back in.
