Announced transfer

Hi everyone,

Someone know if that possible with the VM Pro to have a announced transfer with the auto-attendant.

Exemple :

The client call and made a choice
The system ask to the client to say there name
The system announce the name to the called user
the user choose to take the call or not.

I have heard that sometime when i call some compagny so i would like to do that with the IPO.

assisted transfer and whisper page would do what you want. I have created a module but I am sure that someone here has a more intricate set up.

no problem it can be modified to suit your needs that is from a DID call flow, but I am using similar from DBN and menu dial.
