Have a BCM 3.6 running Basic CC.
Customer wishes to transfer a non-call centre call to a skillset dn. They wish to 'announce' the caller to the agent. When they ring the CDN of the skillset, it just rings in their handset, but not on the agents phones.
If they do a 'blind' transfer, the call rings the agents ok.
I cannot find a way to perform an announced transfer. Is this just the way the call centre routing works?
Any ideas?
