I created a frame with gifs in this annimation program that came allong with PSP7.02
When I want to safe it as .gif it starts with a menu to optimize. However it optimizes in such a way that the colors are mixed.
Meaning yello, red and white become orange and the nice effect is lost.
When I play the annimation in the program itself it seams to work just fine.
I also tried to transport all to PSP but for some reason te properties are lost.
Please help!

When you optimize an animation you can choose the quality vs file size using a slider. Try saving the animation and move the slider all the way to the top for the best image quality. This option allows you to reduce the overall file size, but can also greatly reduce the qulity of an animation. I suggest you try different settings untill you are satisfied with the results.

If this doesn't help let us know.

The best result came when the slider was on the top; level4.
But nevertheless a lousy result, while the animation looked fine

Keep in mind that the animation is being saved as a gif and the gif format only uses 256 colors. So if your animation has lots of color gradations, then you will not get a good result no matter what you do.

Can you post a link to the animation so we can take a look at it?
