Hi, I'm new to bryce.
I can't seem to find a way to do '1st person' animation. You know what i mean? when it appears that the viewer is moving through the landscape. I can do animation where an object moves around, but the only way I can seem to get that 1st person effect is if I select the whole picture and move terrain objects etc around...surly there is an easier way? I would appreciate any tips on this. If possible could you plase reply to my e-mail address as i don't often have access to the internet. Thankyou.
Mark.

Okay Okay I Wanted to know the same thing.
So I took a quick look on google and you know what happened. This forum came up and a bunch of other crap and I was lost. So I decided I would figure it out for myself and I did. It is kinda complicated but I hope you All use this because its probably the only way your gonna learn how. Super simple once you learn it

First
-Design your Photo the way you want it to look in bryce 4 or 5 both programs are very similar.
-Now You see that little thing that looks like a camera your probably thinking I could do something with that but How??? (scratches Head)

Second
-Stop scratching head because heres how to use that camera for what it is. (Camera = Pyramid on its side)
- For those who dont know how to animate simply move the little animation bar forward.
- Move the camera to your desired location then Point it in your desired location.
- When your done that hit the Plus beside the little key. Easy eh
- Now do this for a few frames. What your doing is telling the camera where it should go.
- NOw when you hit the play button nothing happens it just goes through the 1 scene your on. (What the &$%^)

Thirdly
-FOr those who are just finding out or who knew how to previosly animate by moving objets around. Go to the Control View Options, and click Camera View. Wasnt that easy!!!! :) ;)
Now if you dont know where where the Camera Control option Look for it. It should be one of the arrows point down on the left side, Top Arrow. If you have trouble finding it. Which I doubt you will. Place your mouse over the buttons and a discription of what it does should appear.

Bryce 5 Is Awsome I hope you all Enjoy Using it.
