Animating an extrusion following a curve 1

Hi there,

I am using Max 4. I need to animate an extrusion such as a tube", growing from 0 to 100 over time and following a curve. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

The loft Tool is your best bet and then animate the percent along the path...there is a free plugin out there that I used along time ago and I can't remember the name...something loft or loft something...I can't remember you could just use the Loft tool in max though. or goto
