Animated text, how to make permanent.

Hello,
I am relatively new to Fireworks. I am trying to create a banner for a website. I have animated some text and would like the text to stay fixed after the animation has finished, as it looks in the last frame. If i wanted to take the last frame in my animation and make it continue until the end of the animation, how would i do that?

choose to not loop the animation if you only want it to play once, or if you want it to stay still for a long time before playing again set the length of time on the frame to 1000 or so

Sometimes, when my code just won't behave, I take it outside and make it listen to britney spears music, and when it comes back it's really well behaved. I wonder if it's suffering from post tramatic stress syndrome now..
