Hi

How can I show an animated gif on a form?
I can see the picture with the Image-Class, but I can't see the animation...

Can someone help me??

Just tried it myself in 6 - you're right.

Look for the Solutions App in Help and run the Web Browser sample in the Foundation Classes. The browser control will display an animated gif.

Upgrading to 9 is a cleaner solution.

Yes.. and I think, I will use the _webbrowser-Class ...

@ChrisRChamberlain
The anigif.ocx is good, but only shareware and before each use of it, it will be show messages about that.. so I won't use it.

Apologies - the file you need is the freeware marchoso.ocx, see thread1254-819973, not anigif.ocx.

I appreciate you have a solution, but if you wish to try it, I have found a copy on my system and would be happy to make it available for download - its only 33kb.

Your System sounds good and I would be happy too, if I could see it...
