Animated GIF Builder

I used Photoshop to create a bunch of GIFs that I used to build an animated GIF. I save the GIFs without a background and that worked great. I tested it by placing them over a background image in FrontPage and it worked great (no white background). Then I used Babarosas GIF Animator to make the animated GIF and it now has a white background.

Anyone know of a GIF builder program, free or not that won't add the white background?

I tried Adobe Premiere since I had it but the picture was horrible and it didn't even come close to looking like it should.
