Animated Banners/Graphics don't Animate

I have some banner ads on my company's web site that animate. Have had banners on our site for a long time. Recently someone who purchased some banner spaces said that none of the banners move. When they refresh, new banners appear, but those too do not move/animate.

I haven't heard of this since the early days of the internet. These guys have a brand new pc with windows xp and the latest version of IE. I'm baffled. Any ideas?

Okay, got it figured out. As Nick Burns always says, "It's not the program, its NEVER the program..."

It wasn't our banners or our site. The client was running an AdBlock program, something bundled with Zone Alarm, that wasn't allowing banners to load all of their frames. As soon as they turned it off they could see everything just fine.

Its a relief, but makes me wonder in the coming days how much more of a problem that will become.
