Animated and interacting virtual humanfaces in C++

Hi! My name is Dario Alonso, a Spanish engineer. I´m trying to find out about generating interacting virtual talking human faces programmed in C++, it is, I would like to know about how to create a window with a virtual human face who can: speak and move at the same time accordingly to its words, look at where one of my fingers is pointing on the screen (using a webcam, for example),... Any piece of information (source code of implemented classes, animated graphics in C++,...) would be very useful for me and I would really appreciate it! Thank you!!!
