If you want to know how to animate curves and other Flash Basics I suggest you use the tutorials that come with Flash. They are very comprehensive (atleast for simple things!).

That's not what I mean. I search for the use of mathematical functions for drawing curves like, parabols.

ohhh, sorry!!!! Did you know that Flash 4 doesn't come with Mathematical Functions like Sin, Cos and Tan, but you can download a Maths Trig Library from somewhere on the net, I just don't know where - maybe someone else at this Forum knows....
