Per one of our carriers, we are only sending out 4 digits over our PRI on the 3904 sets.

Where would we go to change it to 10 or 11 digits being sent out?

We're stumped here. BTW, it's an Option 61C.

Thanks in advance,

Tommy

We've done that already...

The only fields it'll let us "CHG" are "ANAT" and "ANLD".

Anywhere else we could look?

Thanks for the reply, BTW.[2thumbsup]

In LD 15 under net data depending on what features and release you have you will need an enty under HNPA for your area code and an entry under HNXX for you office code this should give you 10 digit calling line ID For a long distance call dialed with ten digits. If you only dial seven digits for a long distance call and you need a ten digit calling line id you can build a DMI table and under CTYP put NPA an add this DMI to you RLI table for you outgoing route. HOPE THIS HELPS

you need to check you CLID tables in the CDB.

ld 22/21 (can't remember, and I'm doing this from memory)

REQ: PRT
TYPE: CLID

See what you have created, and you can change this here.

You can actually have all the phones send out the same ANI or have them send out the DID numbers. We have it on a 61C and it's working fine.
